Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping charges
Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Standard shipping is $8.00 and express shipping is $15.00. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional order verification is required.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping is generally estimated at 3–5 business days and express shipping at 1–2 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact info@prettybossempirellc.net as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
Inspect your order upon arrival. If a package or item arrives damaged, is missing, or is incorrect, contact info@prettybossempirellc.net promptly with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
